Currently I am working as a freelance designer engaged with a few clients to design UI/UX for web applications, mobile apps, websites and designing graphics for online digital marketing. I utilise my spare time following career related courses, enhancing my skills through online training and collaborating with other design professionals
I extensively involved with overseas clients to understand their business requirements and studied their users' experience and understood their needs and pain points. I revamped a few client-facing websites improving the user experience, making changes to layout, enhancing the user interface by adding images and making the text more readable to achieve users goals and make users delighted.
I involved converting non-responsive admin sites to responsive using bootstrap framework so that the site owners could use it easily with their mobile phones. I worked with the sales team to study clients business needs and created wireframes and designed high fidelity screens to win sales proposals.
I directly worked with clients to understand and create graphics and images for social media marketing and updated their websites on request.
I started my career as an Associate UI/UX Designer, helping senior designers and developers creating graphics, icons, image galleries for customer websites and fixing UI issues. I was able to create web page layout and responsive designing with the bootstrap framework.
During this period I learned to create a complete website from scratch. Involved in conducting user research, creating user personas, site maps, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
I am a passionate UI/UX & Graphic designer with an open mindset and can-do attitude. My great passion for graphic/web design motivates me to curate more accessible and visually appreciable digital experiences for different customers. I collaborate with various business stakeholders, internal and external team members to identify business and user requirements to create wireframes, UI visuals and prototypes. I am able to solve design problems with neat user interfaces and user centric methods. I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts and to develop innovative and creative design solutions to problems. By learning from other creative minds, sharing my thoughts and practicing constantly, I am always driven and looking forwards to new challenges.
